Kappo Ryori (Japanese Cuisine)
We serve dishes made with plenty of freshwater fish raised in clear streams, edible wild plants and local seasonal ingredients. Our domestic beef seiromushi (steaming using a bamboo steamer), freshwater fish cuisine and especially our carp kanroni (sweetened boiled fish) are highly praised dishes that we would like you to try to your heart’s content.
Upgrade Dinner Course
This is the best dinner course including the beef seiromushi and the carp kanroni. We highly recommend it.
